1. Software Testing Specialist

Responsible for supporting software testing using Java, Web services, and Oracle and mySQL databases under Linux and Solaris operating systems.  Must have demonstrated ability to assist in the design, development, and life cycle operations of information systems using a structured software development methodology.

Qualifications: 6+ years of experience or a college degree and 2+ years of experience testing software. Experience performing testing on medical or genetic software systems a plus. Experience with JUnit testing, Java API testing, Eclipse, ant, and CVS highly desirable.

2. Sr. Data Quality Analyst

Requires previous general and specialized experience in data quality assurance for biological data including basic biological data (genes, transcripts, proteins etc), mRNA microarray data, and Comparative Genomic Hybridization (CGH) data. Candidate should be qualified to create data validation methods and prepare design documents for implementation by the software development teams in a UNIX/J2EE environment. Other responsibilities will include creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data validation methods and execution of data validation procedures. B.S. or higher degree in relevant field is required. A background in Statistics or Bioinformatics and experience with clinical data are highly desirable.

3.  Management Specialist

Responsible for specialized support for management-related issues and concerns.   Has extensive experience in meeting and working with management at all levels and across organizational boundaries.  Possess the ability to plan, manage and provide oversight of multiple management-related tasks simultaneously.  Ability to audit and/or manage IT-related internal control issues, perform post-production reviews, IT performance-based contracts and provide expert advice on performance-based contracting.  Ensure all work products are complete, accurate and conform to organizational standards.  Have a comprehensive knowledge of the IT industry, business processes and procedures, financial reporting and contract management.  Have extensive experience in project management and other software development disciplines.

Qualifications: Must have a college degree and over 4 years of specialized project management experience with application systems development tasks using structured software system development methodology, CMMI and/or RUP. Knowledge of Microsoft or J2EE/Oracle technical environments is a must.  PMP certification is desired.

4. Business Analyst

Responsible for applying process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.  Duties include activity and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices and creating and assessing performance measurements.  Perform transition of existing project teams and facilitation of project teams in the accomplishment of project activities and objectives.  Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and provides additional forms of knowledge transfer.  Key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts.

Responsible for providing highly technical and specialized solutions to complex information systems challenges. 7. Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist

Responsible for supporting the implementation of the SQA program. Participate in and support application-specific SQA program activities through the software development life cycle. Conduct application-specific SQA management reviews of products and processes. Conduct periodic and effort ending results reviews of overall application SQA activities. Develop plans and approaches for creating a level two (2) CMMI model. Provide senior management reports. From an overarching perspective, assess SQA program activities to identify and recommend opportunities for program improvement and scope broadening. Clearly and concisely document the results of supported application SQA activities, to identify trends, overall strengths and weaknesses, and recommend associated process improvements.

Qualifications: Must have a college degree and a minimum of five (5) years in Quality Assurance (QA). Large federal agency is seeking a senior configuration management expert to support on-going initiatives to institutionalize Software Configuration Management through work request tracking, source code and other CM item version management using automated SCM tools. Metrics to prove the worth of this effort will be critical to its success, as well as a strong internal marketing program to convey the value of this program to client development staff. Objectives for this program include expanded and consistent use of SCM methods and tools, development of metrics to demonstrate the value, and to integrate SCM tools, testing tools, and software implementation tools in order to automate the process as fully as practical and consistent with our goal of delivering high quality products. 10. Senior Software Tester

Large federal agency is seeking senior testing specialists with automated software test tool experience (Mercury Test Director, QuickTest Pro) to support a wide range of testing programs in a Microsoft Advanced Server 2000/SQL Server 2000/Exchange Server 2003 network environment. Responsibilities on this contract include developing test plans and test cases in conjunction with requirements by conducting tests to ensure that user requirements have been met, maintaining process methodology, policies, procedures, and standards, and reporting on test results on a weekly and monthly basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring the quality of developing systems against specified user functional and performance criteria prior to each software system’s release into production. The software development methodology is the Rational Unified Process (RUP).
